စက်တင်ဘာ ၁၅ ရက်တွင် အယ်လ်ချီအသင်း၏ အိမ်ကွင်း၌ သွားရောက်ကစားရမည့် လာလီဂါပွဲစဉ်မတိုင်မီ ရီးရဲလ်မက်ဒရစ်နည်းပြ ဟိုဆေး မော်ရင်ဟိုက အသင်းအနေဖြင့် ခြေစွမ်းပိုင်း ပိုမိုတိုးတက်လာအောင် ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
စက်တင်ဘာ ၁၂ ရက်က ရာယို ဗယ်လက်ကာနိုအသင်းကို ၄-၁ ဂိုးဖြင့် အနိုင်ရခဲ့သည့် ပွဲစဉ်အပြီးတွင် မော်ရင်ဟိုက ယခုကဲ့သို့ ပြောကြားခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး အဆိုပါပွဲစဉ်၌ ကီလီယန် အမ်ဘာပေက နှစ်ဂိုးသွင်းယူခဲ့သည့်တိုင် ဂိုးသမား သီဘော့ ကော်တိုအာကလည်း အရေးပါသည့် ဂိုးပေါက်ကာကွယ်မှုများ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရသည်။
မိမိအနေဖြင့် အသင်း ပိုမိုတိုးတက်လာစေရန်အတွက် သုံးလအချိန်ပေးရန် တောင်းဆိုခဲ့ကြောင်း ရီးရဲလ်မက်ဒရစ်နည်းပြက ပြောကြားခဲ့ကာ အခြားသူများကမူ ၁၀ နှစ်အချိန်ပေးရန် တောင်းဆိုကြသည်ဟုလည်း အရွှန်းဖောက်ပြောဆိုခဲ့သည်။
"ဆိုလိုတာကတော့ သုံးလအတွင်းမှာ အသင်းက လက်ရှိအခြေအနေထက် ပိုကောင်းလာစေချင်တာပါ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သုံးလအတွင်းမှာ အသင်းကို မယုံနိုင်လောက်တဲ့ အဆင့်တစ်ခုအထိ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးဖို့အတွက်တော့ ကျွန်တော့်မှာ မှော်နှင်တံမရှိပါဘူး။ ရည်မှန်းချက်ကတော့ တစ်ပွဲထက်တစ်ပွဲ ပိုတိုးတက်လာဖို့နဲ့ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းအစီအစဉ်တိုင်းမှာ ပိုတိုးတက်လာဖို့ပါပဲ" ဟု မော်ရင်ဟိုက ဆိုသည်။

Mourinho targets further improvement ahead of Elche visit
MADRID, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho said his side must continue to improve ahead of Tuesday's La Liga visit to Elche.
Mourinho was speaking after Saturday's 4-1 win over Rayo Vallecano, in which Kylian Mbappe scored twice, although goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was also called upon to make several important saves.
The Real Madrid coach said he had asked for three months to improve the side, joking that "others ask for 10 years."
"What I mean is that in three months, I want us to be better than we are today, but I don't have a magic wand to get us to an incredible level in three months. The goal is to improve in every match and every training session," Mourinho said.
"When a team spends more time together and has been with a coach longer, it is better equipped to be strong," he added.
Mourinho also discussed his approach to defending, saying that while he prefers his teams to press high, Real Madrid needs to be comfortable adopting different approaches.
"I don't think it's possible to press high for 90 minutes; that's not our profile. When we sit deeper, we have to work differently and, to be complete from a defensive standpoint, we need to know how to do both," he said.
Mourinho admitted he does not enjoy defending deep but stressed the importance of adapting his tactics to the strengths of his squad.
"Some teams have players better suited to that style, and I don't want a conflict between my personal preferences and the players' qualities," he said.
The Portuguese also highlighted the work being done away from regular training sessions, saying Real Madrid's players were following a "comprehensive, standard, professional plan."
"The fact that players arrive early isn't a whim of mine; it is about the work done in the gym prior to the session or at the start of training on the pitch," Mourinho said.
