STORYLINE:
China's largest homegrown tunnel boring machine by diameter to date rolled off the production line in its central city of Zhengzhou on Tuesday.
The domestically developed "China Railway 1662" has an excavation diameter of 16.68 metres, a total length of 125 metres, and weighs about 4,800 tonnes.
